henri, a poster to a.r.s., visits the police station to talk with the officer who interviewed him about Gene Ingram's criminal complaint against him over a post that henri says was forged. The police officer says that he's spent several hours discussing Ingram with other police departments around the country (since Ingram is a wanted felon). The officer also says the police department's computer experts say it's impossible to forge a message on Usenet; henri replies that it's both possible and easy to do.
